Renting a room at Sahu

Prosperity room

Prosperity Room

The largest of Sahu's rooms, the prosperity room is ideal for medium-sized workshops (10-15 participants), small activity-based workshops or classes (eg. drum making, yoga) or for group consultations.

With a huge bay window occupying one wall and a beautiful working fireplace flanked by two french doors across another, this room is truly remarkable. Adjacent to the Sahu library, the large screen separating them can be removed to provide more space for larger workshops (or if you are doing break-out work).

The room is also close to the kitchen, complete with full-size fridge, stove, oven, microwave and dishwasher. It also offers access to tea and coffee making facilities (beautiful Australian native teas courtesy of the Tea Maiden are available for brewing during workshops at no extra cost).

Seating in the room ranges from soft cushioned bench-style seats around the walls of the room to sturdy, comfortable arm chairs and basic cushioned chairs that can be brought in as required. Magnetic whiteboards with markers and flipchart-style paper are available for use, as are incense and candles, depending on what feel you are after in the room.

Access to the garden is available either directly from the room itself via the french doors, or through the kitchen into the backyard which gives everyone a chance to get some fresh air during workshop breaks.
